Ready to Sell us your property?

 The purchase price listed in the Purchase Agreement Offer Letter will be paid in full at the time of closing by Landworthy Properties and/or assigns. We, the buyer, will pay the cost of completing the transaction including any outstanding property taxes (within reason). All offers are contingent upon the following terms: 1. Buyer’s confirmation of parcel size. 2. Said property is to be sold free and clear of all encumbrances, with good and marketable title and with full possession to said property available to Buyer at date of closing. 3. Seller to provide abstract or prior Owner's policy, if available. 4. Property conforms to Buyer’s current criteria for purchase. 5. If offer is not accepted by the Offer End Date stated in the Purchase Agreement Letter, the offer shall be rescinded, unless otherwise discussed.
